IGARSS (IEEE [Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers] Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society) will welcome leading scientists, engineers, and educators from the diverse disciplines that make up the geoscience and remote sensing community to this world-class technical program encompassing traditional IGARSS topics and new topics that reflect the theme of the 2013 Conference.
