Cadalyst Announces Winner of Video Contest

13 Dec, 2013 By: Cadalyst Staff

With his new Dell workstation, T. Rex is one dinosaur who won't be stuck in the past any longer!

Cadalyst congratulates the winning entries in the "Don't Let IT Limit Your Potential" video contest. The grand prize of a new Dell Professional Workstation with Microsoft Office Professional 2013 went to the creator of "Get Me Out of This Swamp," which details the problems that ancient equipment causes for a hard-working T. Rex.

Contestants created short videos explaining why they needed a new professional workstation. As CAD users are well aware, outdated or underpowered hardware can negatively impact software performance and limit users' potential to innovate, create, and produce great work.

The other two finalists were "Mad Science in Las Vegas" and "Hardware Issues Are Making Me Cry!" They are among the six first-place winners, who will each receive a copy of Microsoft Office Professional 2013.

Congratulations to our winners, and thanks to everyone who participated in the contest, either by entering or voting for their favorites.
