Cadalyst's Popular Hot Tip Harry Launches New E-mail Newsletter23 Jan, 2007
Publication dedicated to AutoLISP, VBA and Object ARX programming for AutoCAD
Cadalyst, the leading publication devoted to computer-aided design and related technologies, has launched its eagerly awaited monthly e-mail newsletter, Harry's Code Class: Tips for Programmers.
Hot Tip Harry has been delivering custom AutoCAD code to Cadalyst readers since the magazine introduced the "Hot Tip Harry" column in the late-1980s. Today, "Hot Tip Harry" is one of the most popular features on Cadalyst.com. Harry's Code Class: Tips for Programmers takes Harry's helpfulness to a new level, teaching readers how to write their own custom AutoCAD routines. Designed for AutoCAD power users and beginning programmers alike, Harry's Code Class: Tips for Programmers offers insight and how-to for AutoLISP, VBA and Object ARX programming for AutoCAD—all written by Harry himself, Cadalyst contributing editor and "Hot Tip Harry" author Bill Kramer.
An icon among Cadalyst readers, Bill Kramer has been programming AutoCAD solutions, writing magazine articles and books and teaching CAD/CAM/CAE customization for more than 20 years. Kramer wrote Cadalyst's first article about AutoLISP in 1986.
This new addition to the line-up of Cadalyst's specialized e-newsletters is expected to generate excitement and a loyal following among Hot Tip Harry fans and other AutoCAD users who research Cadalyst.com and newsletters frequently for programming code and tutorials.
The media brand's recent readership study predicts strong support for the Harry's Code Class: Tips for Programmers e-newsletter.
