Users of VastPark can now call TurboSquid's royalty-free 3D models directly into their game-development platform.

TurboSquid announced that its marketplace of more than 195,000 royalty-free 3D models can now be called directly into VastPark's interactive game-development platform.

"Our virtual-world creators will benefit a great deal from the link to TurboSquid," said Bruce Joy, CEO of VastPark. "They'll have access to a large quantity of unique content that they can use more immediately. Our development with TurboSquid will make the process of creating high-quality virtual worlds much easier.

"VastPark is unique in enabling users to legally remix existing community and professional content to create their own virtual room, game, or world," Joy added. "With the addition of the TurboSquid library, we'll be offering our creators a wide range of choices to customize their worlds exactly as they like."

TurboSquid's CEO Matt Wisdom added, "Making this content available for virtual worlds is a natural extension of our core business. Our independent sellers, the artists who create all the content for sale at our site, will now enjoy increased exposure to a new and incredibly vast marketplace of users."
