3Dconnexion 3D Mice Now Supported by VectorWorks 2008

3Dconnexion, a Logitech company, yesterday announced that its line of 3D mice is now supported by the Nemetschek North America VectorWorks 2008 software: Designer, Architect, Landmark, Spotlight, Machine Design, Fundamentals, and RenderWorks. 3Dconnexion's 3D mice are designed to control and maneuver 3D objects, 3D designs, and 2D drafts.
"Our support of 3Dconnexion's 3D mice was an easy choice," said Sean Flaherty, CEO of Nemetschek North America. "With 3Dconnexion's product line, our users can naturally and quickly navigate the virtual world they are designing."
3Dconnexion's SpaceNavigator, SpaceNavigator for Notebooks, SpaceExplorer, and SpacePilot mice include customizable buttons, giving users the ability to program frequently used commands using custom function macros. SpaceNavigator also offers default pre-configured programmable buttons assigned with key VectorWorks functions.
