Nemetschek Unveils Japanese Version of VectorWorks 2008

Nemetschek North America announced that A&A Company, its distribution partner in Japan, has released a localized version of VectorWorks 2008.
"VectorWorks 2008 offers many new capabilities our users have been eagerly awaiting, and we're looking forward to a big year ahead," said Kazuko Uchida, president and CEO of A&A.
Sean Flaherty, Nemetschek North America CEO, traveled to Tokyo to celebrate the VectorWorks 2008 rollout with A&A. "We're pleased to see such enthusiasm for the new features and improvements we've been spent the last year developing for our users," he said. "In particular, the improved building information modeling [BIM] capabilities we've incorporated drew applause from the audience. Others included new CAD manager capabilities and improved 2D and 3D presentation features."
The English-language versions of the VectorWorks 2008 product line were released in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and other international markets on September 13, 2007. Other localized European versions followed in October.
