Report Predicts BIM Market Growth Despite Challenges
Research and Markets has published a report that forecasts the global building information modeling (BIM) technology market will grow 17.4% over the next few years. "The Global BIM Market 2014–2018" ($2,000, single user) notes that major challenges in this market include the lack of expertise and the high cost of training.
Design Visualization: KeyShot Enterprise Edition
Luxion, a developer of 3D rendering and lighting technology, released the new KeyShot Enterprise Edition ($3,995), which combines all KeyShot features and add-ons, including KeyShot Pro Floating, KeyShot Animation, KeyShotVR, KeyShot Network Rendering, and the KeyShot for NX plugin. The package is available from the KeyShot web site and through certified KeyShot resellers.
