Caligari Adds New Clinic to Thursday Night Live! Meetings

4 Nov, 2007

Sessions offer trueSpace users a place to ask questions and receive modeling tips and advice from Caligari staff and other users.

Caligari announced that a new Caligari Clinic session will be added to its Thursday Night Live! meetings, offering trueSpace users a place to ask questions and receive modeling tips and advice from Caligari staff and other users of the software.

Users can upload their models directly into the shared space, as well as manipulate and discuss models using 3D voice or text chat. The Caligari Clinic will take place during the first 30 minutes of each Thursday Night Live! meeting, starting with the next meeting on November 15 at 5 p.m. PT.

"Because these meetings are informal and fun, it's a great environment to bring any question -- whether simple or advanced -- and receive advice quickly," said Roman Ormandy, CEO of Caligari. "This is exactly what shared spaces are all about, helping one another in an atmosphere of camaraderie."

Thursday Night Live! meetings are bimonthly online discussions hosted by Caligari in a shared 3D space using Caligari truePlace technology. The informal meetings are open to all members of the 3D community and foster collaboration and discussion on any 3D topic.
